Behind Closed Doors is an indepedent feature length film that dives head first into the darkest corner of the human mind.  It follows three main storylines that are interwoven into a complex web of mystery and truth.  The film takes place in a small, quiet Long Island town... the perfect place for everything to go wrong.

 

          Tiffany, a college student, finds comfort in her new love interest, John.  Things seem to be going well until John seeks a definitive answer on where they stand to each other in their quote on quote "relationship".  They are put to the test when John discovers Tiffany's obscure perspective about love.

 

          Larry, an elderly man, lives a simple life.  His daughter Natalie lives at home with him.  An ordinary day through the eyes of Larry consists of card games, gardening, and reading books.  Life isn't so ordinary for Natalie for one single reason... because her father has Alzeihmer's.  Devoting her life to taking care of her father and fighting for their financial survival, Natalie takes a toll living day to day.

 

          Paul, an elementary school principal, has gained respect not only from his place of work but at home for being a loving family man.  His wife, Heather, and adorable young daughter, Amy, live a comfortable life that Paul has provided for them.

 

          These seemingly unrelated stories collide when one horrifying event sends their lives into a whirlwind of chaos.
